Tom Feeney,
ACSM
With over 18 years of experience as a personal trainer Tom Feeney is a catalyst for transformation. His passion for movement, fitness, and health was sparked during his time crunching numbers at a desk. Stepping out of that world, he discovered his true calling and began guiding clients toward their fitness goals.
Tom’s journey through a debilitating back injury, a result of years spent hunched over spreadsheets, taught him that the traditional exercise model doesn't fit everyone. By embracing a new paradigm that considers individual capacities, he reshaped his own fitness program. Today, he specializes in helping others with movement dysfunctions, past injuries, or a lack of mobility to find a better starting point.
His approach is rooted in personalized care, empathy, and meeting clients where they are.
Welcome to Tom Feeney's world—where your optimal fitness journey begins.
