Startup 3.0: The Inflection Point of Speed & Scale

Good founders get things done fast! But, as the startup entity gets more market traction, the operational maturity challenges take different shapes. Successful growth companies will want to continue to operate like a startup while preparing to evolve into an enterprise business.

CDW is excited to be joined by prominent VC’s,

Founders and Digital Experts to discuss the following topics:

  • Unlocking Growth and Innovation Through the Talent Value Chain

    • A discussion on the continuum of assessing need, to hiring for where your company is headed and the opportunities to gain competitive advantage from how you manage your talent value chain.

  • Leveraging technology for better operational outputs and better developer experiences

    • Discussing stages and pitfalls of scale, centered around people, process and tech.

  • Data is the New Oil

    • A presentation that looks closer at this statement and why having a solid data practice will help you grow

  • Channeling your focus at the right stage

    • Knowing when to pivot from only direct sales and customer service to scale through channels.
