The Bears and Packers are one of the oldest rivalries in US sports. The Bears held the record for most wins all-time until 2022, when the Packers surpassed them. The Bears and Packers have won a combined 22 NFL championships, with the Packers leading with 13 and the Bears second with 9.

Nickname
The Packers got their nickname from Curly Lambeau, a shipping clerk who convinced the Indian Packing Company to donate money for the team's uniforms.

Lambeau
Curly Lambeau coached the Packers from the team's inception in 1921 until 1949. Lambeau and Vince Lombardi led the Packers to five World Championships in the 1960s.

Super Bowls
The Packers won the first two Super Bowls in 1967 and 1968. The Bears have won one.
