By accepting this virtual offering, you agree to the following terms & conditions:

Provided eGift Cards, merchandise, virtual appearances, food & beverage and service charges are non-transferable, non-refundable and hold no cash value.  Risk of loss and title for any eGift Card, merchandise or food & beverage passes to the recipient upon electronic transmission and/or delivery and recipient is responsible for safeguarding from unauthorized use. 

By accepting an eGift Card, redeeming provider services, accepting merchandise, food & beverage or participating in a virtual activity, you acknowledge and understand the following prohibited actions: 
 

• Food Delivery eGift Cards i.e., UberEats, GrubHub, DoorDash are for the delivery of food only and delivery of alcoholic beverages is not permitted;

• Accessing an eGift Card provider account using a third party's account/registration without the express consent of the Account Holder; 

• Impersonation of another user or person;

• Copying, publishing, or redistributing anything associated with eGift Card, merchandise or virtual activity in an attempt to manipulate or gain an unintended commercial benefit;  

• Action to harass, annoy, intimidate or threaten any employees, contractors or agents engaged in providing any portion of the services or deliveries;

• Assist any person engaging in any of the above conduct.      
   

Lenovo, CDW, Events by M, Ltd and your Food Delivery provider assume no responsibility and are not liable for, without limitation, the following: 
 

• Provider food safety and do not verify provider compliance with all applicable food safety laws;

• Provider misrepresentation of menu descriptions, disclosures and/or merchandise specifications;

• Quality of food, merchandise or level of service;

• Shipping errors, lost deliveries, delivery delays, left deliveries and/or damaged merchandise including, without limitation, situations involving another third-party delivery service;

• Any occurrence associated with food & beverage preparation and following consumption of food & beverage, not limited to, but including food poisoning, illness, injury and/or death;

• Any incident while under the influence of alcohol including but not limited to unlawful behavior, accident, illness and/or death;

• Quality, workmanship or functionality of merchandise provided.   

 

Participation and/or acceptance of eGift Cards or merchandise is not mandatory and is of my own free will.  Additionally, I represent and warrant that:
 

• I agree to the use of my contact information including but not limited to email, phone number and address solely for the purposes of coordinating shipment(s) related to this virtual offering.

• I consent for Events by M, Ltd. and their contracted associates to ship any necessary items associated with this event including alcohol to the shipping address I provide in registration. 

• I am at least 21 years of age. Upon delivery or pickup of alcohol, as applicable, I shall present a government-issued identification card, evidencing my age, consistent with applicable legal requirements. I also agree that delivery of the alcoholic beverages may be withheld if I appear or the recipient of the delivery appears intoxicated when receiving delivery of such products. If I do not comply with these terms, I agree that the alcoholic beverage(s) will not be released and may forfeit the cost of such beverages. I further agree to not distribute alcoholic beverages to any persons under the age of 21 years of age nor partake in any illegal activities while under the influence of alcoholic beverage(s).

• I am physically fit to participate in virtual event, when applicable.

• I understand and accept the dangers and risks inherent in activities related to preparing food, consuming food, consuming alcohol and working with tools and appliances.

 

I hereby waive, release, and discharge Lenovo, CDW, Events by M, Ltd. and their vendor partners including instructors, officers, and employees against any and all claims, demands, action or causes of action for costs, expenses or damages to personal property or personal injury, or death, which may result from my acceptance of eGift Cards and/or merchandise, preparation or consumption of food & beverage and/or participation in a virtual activity.   

 

By selecting the "Register Now" button, you are signing this agreement electronically as the legal equivalent of your manual signature.  By registering you are affirming that you have read and understood the terms and conditions stated above.
