Luciana De Padua is a Data Center Solutions Design Architect, with 23 years of experience in designing and implementing Network Infrastructure Solutions. Luciana started with design and implementation of early Voice over IP (VoIP) networks and then moved to MPLS/VPN backbones in the Service Provider environment.
For the last 13 years Luciana’s focus has been focus in Data Centers, specializing in design and implementation of Software Defined Data Centers (SDDCs), and driving the pre-sales, design and deployment of projects in North America, Caribbean, EMEA and APAC. Luciana has a passion for sharing with other engineers her
real-life field knowledge, which she demonstrates when driving technology workshops.
Luciana has many professional and expert level certifications from Cisco, EMC and VMware.
Ryan Conley
Senior Staff Solution Engineer

Based in San Francisco, Ryan Conley brings 21 years of IT experience supporting some of the fastest growing tech companies in the Bay Area. Ryan started his VMware career as a Solutions Engineer and is now a Sr. Staff Platform Architect for Modern Applications. Prior to VMware, Ryan brought 12 years of experience from finance, consulting, and education.
