David Bowers
Field Marketing Manager,

David is a technologist and curious customer advocate whose mission is to guide customers to the technology solutions that maximize the productivity and efficiency of their organizations. He is keenly interested in helping customers understand technology value so that that they can effectively invest in emerging technologies as they become relevant to driving productivity value.
David serves as a Client Systems Field Marketing Manager for Dell’s largest corporate business customers.
David began his career at Dell Computer Corporation in 1991 as an associate design engineer on Dell's original line of Intel x86 laptop PCs working on a variety of subsystems including battery charging, integrated pointing devices, LCD power and backlighting. He returned to Dell in 1999 after attending graduate school at the University of Texas and worked as a product planner in the client systems product group until 2005. He has since supported a variety of public and corporate sales organizations as a brand manager, field marketer, and specialist sales manager for high-performance workstations and thin clients.
David has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Auburn University, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin. His interests include open-source operating systems, CPU architectures, and compute performance optimization. He is an avid water-sports enthusiast and amateur Deep South historian.
Brian D. Scott
Field Marketing Manager

In years past, Brian has served as a Customer Quality Manager for Global 500 companies, a Field Marketing Manager supporting various regions and verticals, and a Brand Manager for the Public sector at Dell Technologies. Brian has been a part of corporate America for over 36 years, working for companies such as Bausch & Lomb, Xerox, EDS. MCI, and others, with a focus on technology and how its application can resolve issues and provide innovative solutions.
Brian has been a public speaker since the age of 6, usually in front of school assemblies, corporate meetings, and other gatherings. His areas of expertise include analytical thinking, project management, problem solving, and prescience.
Brian holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Rochester Institute of Technology, and both an MBA and a Master’s in Information Systems Management (MISM) from Keller Graduate School of Management.
Brian has been married to Suelane Vital for 22 years and resides in Georgetown TX. Brian’s hobbies and interests are varied – reading, comic book collecting, avid movie watching, vinyl collecting and music listening, photography, traveling, cooking, philosophy, sociology, AI and quantum computing, general science and technology. Brian was elected and is now serving as Chair for Hunter College High School Alumnae/I Association Technology Committee (His high school in NYC).

I acknowledge that Events by M is NOT responsible for errors, omissions, acts, or failures of any party or entity providing a specific event, activity, service, meal, transportation, or lodging which may result in, but not limited, to illness, injury or death.
Microsoft, Dell, Intel & Events by M, Ltd assumes no responsibility and is not liable for the following, but not limited to:

Any occurrence associated with consumption of food & beverage, not limited to, but including food poisoning, illness, injury and/or death;

Any incident while under the influence of alcohol including but not limited to unlawful behavior, accident, illness and/or death.

These injuries or outcomes may arise from my own or other’s actions, inactions, or negligence, or the condition of the activity location(s) or facility(ies). Nonetheless, I assume all risks of my participation in this activity.
Microsoft, Dell, Intel & Events by M, Ltd is not responsible for change fees, no shows, schedule changes, cessation of business, or weather cancellation/delays.
I understand that I must comply with the venue's Admittance Guidelines and that non-compliance with said terms, restrictions and guidelines may result in removal from the EVENT. I INDEMNIFY, HOLD HARMLESS, AND PROMISE NOT TO SUE the Entities from any and all liabilities or claims made as a result of participation in this EVENT whether caused by the negligence of release or otherwise.
This accident waiver and release of liability shall be construed broadly to provide a release and waiver to the maximum extent permissible under applicable law.
This shall be effective through December 31, 2099. If any part of this agreement is not enforceable, the remainder of this agreement shall remain enforceable.
I CERTIFY THAT I HAVE READ THIS DOCUMENT, AND I FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS CONTENT. I AM AWARE THAT THIS IS A RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND A CONTRACT IN WHICH I AM GIVING UP LEGAL RIGHTS AND SIGN IT OF MY OWN FREE WILL.
